LIVERY YARD

One of the most respected livery yards in Surrey. Horse owners value the individual tailored care they receive and the excellent hacking on the doorstep. We welcome all levels of horse & rider.

The Yard

With 20 boxes on the yard, the size allows us to offer in depth attention. Whether that be from feeding needs to riding requirements. Overall welfare of the horse is the top priority with each having personalised management.

Team live on site and livery includes a late night check

The Stables

Boxes are all approximately 12ft x 12ft, rubber mats and wood chip bedding.

Hacking

Genuinely some of the best hacking in Surrey. If you’re looking to avoid any busy roads then our location is ideal. A few minutes on quiet residential roads and you’re onto bridle paths. After which you have hours of hacking on both Walton Heath and the Surrey Hills.

Facilities

Large onsite school of sand and rubber. Complete with floodlights, dressage mirrors and show jumps.

4 horse, horse-walker on rubber bricks, included for all liveries.

Grazing

We offer 40 acres of well-kept grazing, providing plenty of space for horses to relax and roam. The land is regularly maintained to ensure good grass and a safe, healthy environment all year round.

Individual turnout is available, or horses can be turned out together if they belong to the same owner.

Mucked out and skipped out all day
Woodchip bedding
Hay or haylage daily
Individual turnout, various options night time/ daytime depending on horses need
Horse walker as per requirements
Use of School and show jumps (+ excellent hacking on the doorstep)

All rug changes, feet picked out / legs washed off when brought in
